

About GIADIMA
Gianluca GIADIMA (Naples, 1974)
is an Italian author, director and dramaturg working across opera, theatre and cinema.
He studied economics at the University of Naples Federico II before completing artistic training at the New York Film Academy (directing and screenwriting), the Istituto Europeo di Design, and the Académie Internationale des Arts du Spectacle in Versailles, where he obtained a Master’s degree in dramaturgy and Commedia dell’Arte under the direction of Carlo Boso.
His work has been presented and awarded in international contexts, including film festivals and theatrical productions. As a playwright and director, he has developed a distinctive research on the relationship between symphonic music and dramatic structure.
In 2017 he completed the libretto of Pathetique Melodramma, an original opera conceived in dialogue with Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 6, exploring the metaphysical dimension of love, power and destiny.
Alongside his artistic activity, he works in creative direction and executive production, developing cultural projects that integrate artistic vision with production strategy.
He lives and works in Milan.
